What is Raqs al-Asal?
Raqs al-Asal translates to "Dance of Honey" - Think movement that is rich, sweet, ooey-gooey, warm, and fluid.
In this class led by instructor and performer, Laura Morgaine, you will be immersed in the foundational movements that make belly dance so unique and captivating via drills and combinations - designed for both absolute beginners of belly dance, and returning dancers looking to reconnect to the music and movements.
Learn foundational hipwork, isolations, traveling steps, & simple combos with Laura!
Build confidence, rhythm, and embodiment!
